My Dog, George

George Hadley is my best friend. I know, that it is silly, he is the best thing to ever happen to me. George is now 8, and I have known him since August 31, 2009. At first, I loved him because of how adorable he was, but now, it’s a deeper love. I think that is the way that love is. At first, you notice the outside things, their eyes, hair, how energetic they are. Over time though, it’s the way they wake up in the middle of the night when you don’t feel good, or the way that each morning they stand by your feet until you notice them, (how could I ever not notice him) or it’s the way that he listens to you, or looks at you with the most love and pure loyalty I could ever imagine. So, in some weird way, George taught me how to love, he taught me how to be a good person, how to be loyal, and how to care about others. I love my baby, I love my prince, I love my best friend, Georgie! I am so thankful that he is alive and that I am able to give him lots of hugs and kisses! 15977986_1378390072200718_5137587073852170844_n
